A tiny House Indeed

Donation protected
Dear Friends and Family,

As many of you know, for the past 3 years I’ve pretty much fallen off the face of the earth due to many interrelated issues ranging from Lyme disease, multiple infections, chronic pain & fatigue,
extreme chemical & mold sensitivity
and mental health challenges. I had to quit playing college basketball, leave school and have been unable to consistently work.

Eventhough I desperately want to fly back to you all and to create a sustainable livelihood, my body is struggling to keep up. With two of my most special friends by my side, we have taken massive leaps and are able to use a woman's land to farm on this year. I am tremendously excited for this beautiful blessing and opportunity to supply food, love, and service to the Olympia area.
I’m also having some major obstacles... with my body, to the point where it truly feels like I could potentially be in a wheelchair in a few months.

Because of my mold and chemical sensitivities, there are very few places I can live. I react strongly to both of my parent's houses and most of my friend's homes. My current medical regime of anti-fungals, supplements and detoxing for six months to a year requires me to find an allergy-free space to heal in.
I am in a place where I physically can't support myself any more. As I can no longer afford to rent a room, my
current living situation is getting rented to someone else. By the end of May I will officially have no money, house, or energy to work. Having already maxed out my family for resources, my only option left is to ask for help from my community.

If I can raise enough money to buy a basic tiny house kit, I'll finally have a clean space (my bubble), foundation and support to take my healing to the next level, and either make tremendous strides at my own gentle pace, or fade peacefully into the next life without burdening my family too much financially. I honestly don't know some days. My current plan is to farm, and heal, and give, but my body seems to have other plans. If I can have my housing figured out, the financial pressure will be off, and I won't have to push myself, which is critical, because at this point in the game, I don't have enough strength left to do that.

I am receiving food stamps and am looking into applying for disability insurance, as my illnesses continue. I have excellent health insurance and solid support from a medical team. I spend many hours each week going to appointments, maintaining my supplement regime, preparing special food, meditating and finding ways to detox. Supporting my health is my job right now.

Why a tiny house? I’ve had to move from my mom’s house, my dad’s house, and have tried many other options, but almost every house I go to either have mold or some other trigger that crashes my immune system. My sensitivities are to a point where ,upon exposure, I get headaches, confusion, crippling fatigue, nerve and muscular spasms, and joint pain that makes it hard to walk. It can take days or weeks to recover from this.

I ask you now, from a very vulnerable place, to help me get my housing figured out, so I can have a place to move forward from and heal, which I am so desperately ready for. Ultimately it will allow me to do what I really want to do on this earth: help others heal.
Because my health doesn't currently allow me to regularly work, I need housing without monthly rent attached to it.
The tiny house kits I am looking at are around $10,000 dollars, including a trailer underneath them, so it will be mobile. Several people have offered to help me put it together and to build cabinets, a bed and shelving. I'll create a simple kitchen and use a bathroom wherever I end up parking my house. A small monthly fee for water and electricity will be much more affordable for me than rent.

Thank you for reading about my struggles. If you can contribute money, time or prayers towards my tiny house dream, I am very grateful for your support.

Thank you so much,
