A Patriot Rider's Stolen Bike fund
Donation protected
Mr. Leconte's motorcycle was stolen from their carport in Camino, CA on 02/16/17 between 1-6 am. Notified CHP/EDSO - they are on the case. In the meantime, let's support someone in the community that supports Veterans, Military service members and their families. Your donation will be used to purchase a bike for Mr. Leconte to use in support of events for the Veteran/Military and Law Enforcement communities.
Stolen Bike info: '87 Honda VT 1100 Shadow. It's black and red with an American flag decal on either side of the gas tank and A Military Family Support Group decal on the rear fender. Red vinyl seats.
Comment from someone that he rode for with the Patriot Riders: "This is just so sad! I think it's important to know that this motorcycle was more than just transportation or hobby. This motorcycle ridden by [Mr. Leconte] as a member of the Patriot Guard Riders who escort family of fallen heroes and veterans and honored those who served their country. [Mr. Leconte] and the Patriot Guard Riders escorted my father {Gerald Holderman} for his funeral service and internment in the National Cemetery and for that I will always be grateful and I will always remember what these volunteers mean to the family of these veterans. I was overwhelmed with respect and honor from [Mr. Leconte] and his fellow riders. "
Mr. Leconte also used this bike in support of events for Law Enforcement, he runs a FB page called: Thank An Officer.
