Hi friends and family, I’m Johanna daughter of Jose Luis Rivera. Please read below. Your help will be greatly appreciated! Let’s help this Legend get back up on his feet!!!
Jose Luis Rivera is a former WWF wrestler for over 20 years, in time he’s been having knee problems in which he had to get constant x/rays and examinations done. Recently the doctors told him that due to the years of wrestling and constant standing at his current job it affected his ability to stand and walk, the bone mass density in both of his knees has decreased leaving him with the only option of getting platelets and rods put in both of them so he would be able to stand & walk around productively again if he is unable to get the surgery he would have to be put into a wheelchair for the rest of his life. Each knee is $5500.
Due to the holidays that just past and the problems with Puerto Rico’s economy this hospital bill cannot be afforded & his insurance does not cover the cost of the prosthetic. We kindly ask if everyone can please donate something to help him with this hospital bill & for him to be able to walk productively again any bit counts no amount is too small ! José Luis Rivera es una leyenda y luchador de la WWF durante más de 20 años, con el tiempo ha estado teniendo problemas de rodillas en los que tuvo que someterse a radiografías y exámenes constantes. Recientemente, los médicos le dijeron que, debido a los años de lucha y permanencia constante en su trabajo actual, esto afectaba su capacidad para pararse y caminar drásticamente, la densidad de masa ósea en ambas rodillas ha disminuido, lo que le deja con la única opción de obtener platinas y colocar dos varillas para poder pararse y caminar productivamente de nuevo si no puede someterse a la cirugía que tendría que poner en una silla de ruedas por el resto de su vida.
Debido a los acontecimientos que han pasado y los problemas con la economía Puerto Rico, no se puede pagar la factura del hospital en su totalidad y su seguro no cubre el costo de la misma.
Le pedimos amablemente si todos pueden donar algo para ayudarlo con la factura del las prótesis y para que pueda caminar productivamente nuevamente, ¡cualquier cantidad no es muy pequeña! Gracias y muchas bendiciones a todos. ♥ ️
