Worcester Youth Need Your Help!

After four months of hard work, sacrifice, and determination, the Worcester Cowboys 12U blue team has gone undefeated and are the New England Regional Champions. These young men now must travel to Florida to represent the North East Region and compete for the title of National Champion Dec 2-10 at the 2017 American Youth Football and Cheer National Championships.
There’s a Long Way to go and a Short Time to Get there…
This trip to the National Championship is an expensive endeavor. It will cost nearly $30,000 to get all 27 of these young men to Florida, house them, and feed them for an entire week. Each of them will be required to contribute what they can to the cost, but they have less than 2 weeks to raise those funds. Can you imagine being a 12 year old city kid with the opportunity to compete in a sport you love in Florida in December and in the same breath be told you need to come up with what can seem to be an insurmountable amount of money to live that dream?? They might just need the Bandit to get there. 
Winning takes team-work.
Our Cowboys team has a motto, Win Every Day. What this means to them is that they should be striving for success in everything they do on and off the field. We engrain in them the understanding that it’s not just about the sport of football. It is their responsibility as maturing young men to be upstanding citizens. They are to respect their parents and their teachers, excel in the classroom and help those less fortunate than themselves.
Now on top of everything else, we’re asking them to climb a mountain they lack the tools to scale.
