Winggs Foundation For Our Youth

Every year thousands of young adults are "aged out" of the system at 18, given a plastic bag filled with their worldly belongings and sent on their way. Many of them have nowhere to turn, no discernable skills and unfortunately turn to crime to survive. We want to help these kids and give them a chance at a great future and teach them usable life skills. If they have a desire to learn we want them in our program.
Did you know 80% of all death row inmates began their lives as foster children? Help me help these young at risk youth.
The name of this project is the WINGGS FOUNDATION , to lift their spirits and give them Winggs and a solid foundation on which they can grow.
Growing up, my parents were foster parents. I was fortunate to have many foster brothers and sisters in and out of my home. I noticed that these boys and girls had been mostly discarded and there was a tendency for people to not give them a fair chance.
I am a combat veteran . I flew and maintained helicopters in the US Army. We are trying to raise money to help our local less than privileged kids and foster children who have a desire to learn and to be a member of a team. Part of your donation is to buy a Rotorway Helicopter Kit that we can use to mentor these kids. To give them a goal and to teach them how to reach and achieve those goals through multiple steps in building of the project.
So often these kids know more about pain and heartache that my plan is to show them there is more to life that there are ways to push forward and make greatness with their lives.
Our first goal is making it a 501(c)(3) entity so that any and all proceeds are tax deductible. Please help us help them even $5 , even $1can go a long way. We thank you for the opportunity to help our community and help the many local kids who just want a chance to shine. If you would like to donate away from gofundme or if you have questions please email me at [email redacted].com .
