This is the story all about how my life got twisted upside down, and I'd like to take a minute, just sit right here. I'll tell you how I <wish> to be a grad student with some London flair haha
Hello all!
I always see everyone use GoFundMe, so I would love to test the power of it! I was recently admitted into the Class of 2018 MiM Program at London Business School. While I am still in shock, in order for me to secure my place, there is a £6000 (approx. $7,500) fee due on April 20th. I am applying to loans and searching for other financial sources. However, I worked hard to earn this spot and would hate for money to be the reason that I lose it. Any donation would be appreciated and I will pay you back with lots of hugs and love.
If you need some credentials to be convinced, I graduated magna cum laude from Babson College as a Posse scholar and a founding member of the Gamma Nu chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi. And I'm not just business! I danced with the Babson Dance Ensemble and played rugby with the Babson Women's Rugby team, as well as balanced multiple jobs. I also volunteered (and continue to volunteer) my time with a non-profit empowering children to make positive life choices, the Fiver Children's Foundation. Now, I work for Vaynermedia as a media analyst. I say all this not to brag, but to display my humanity. I'm not a drone searching for money; I'm a determined young woman with a desire to achieve a higher education.
I'm just a Brooklyn girl trying to wear Timbs in London. Won't you make my wish come true? :)
