Veterans Acupuncture Center
As a veteran of the US Navy, I served in the first Gulf War and Afghanistan. I was disappointed in the medical care I received when I returned home. So I asked myself ‘What I could do to make a difference for my fellow vets and their families?’
After seeing the movie Acronym by Steffan Tubbs, I was motivated to create a non-profit organization where I can utilize my acupuncture skills to treat veterans with PTSD and other war and duty-related issues. There are additional medicines available to get our bodies back into balance to continue to do more great things in this world and acupuncture and Chinese medicine are two of those natural ways to accomplish that.
My goal is to reach as many veterans and their families as possible to provide acupuncture treatment at a low cost, and with funding, eventually at no cost so I can help them get back to the healthy state in which they deserve to live.
Veterans Acupuncture Center of Colorado
(VACC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that was created to meet the need of low-cost acupuncture treatment for veterans and their families. If you would like to support the VACC, please click on the donations page. We need all the support we can muster and look forward to serving our troops and their families! Thank you in advance.
