Following the tragic loss of Tom , we are looking to raise some funds to ensure that the memories of Tom live on through a memorial in Rhoose.
We would also like to help support Tom's family with the cost of legal fees, to help prevent this tragedy from being repeated.
Tom was a much loved, kind, caring, young gentleman who was looking forward to his future.
He was a model son, brother and grandson who will be dearly missed.
Tom was a very popular student and had studied economics, history and English literature for his A-levels at St Davids College in Cardiff.
Any donations are greatly appreciated by Tom's family and friends and will ensure memories of Tom will live on.
