Peace For Candice /Future For Layla

As many of you know, a very close friend of ours recently lost someone that he loved very much. Tom Flanigan & I are life long friends & when you see someone hurt as much as he is hurting right now, it hurts you as well. It's clear to see the love & support that is our there for Tom & Layla just by simply looking at his FB wall.
What I would like to do is to help alleviate some of the extra burden on Tom & allow him to focus on what is most important right now which is his amazing Daughter Layla, who just lost her mother.
As many of you know Layla's mother Candice battled with depression much of her life. I can not think of one person among us that doesn't have someone in their immediate circle that hasn't gone through their own issues with depression or addiction. Although it's hard for some of us to understand, these are very real illnesses & sometimes unfortunately, these are battles that are lost.
Speaking as someone that lost somebody my own family to depression, the toll it can take on everyone around them is immense. Through all of this Tom has done an amazing job raising a beautiful daughter.
With just a small contribution, we can help to take the financial burden off of Tom for Candice's Memorial Service as well as help to solidify Layla's future. The goal may seem a little lofty but what I would ask is that you just throw in a few dollars but more importantly, share the message. If we can reach out to everyone that has been effected both directly or indirectly with depression or addiction I think that we will be able to reach this goal & to allow Tom to help Layla begin to understand that even though the world may crumble around you, there are ALWAYS people willing to step in to help you build it back up.
