My name is Tim McClelland, I was diagnosed with breast cancer 6 years ago. Since then, this has taken over my body and has metastasized to my bones. I've continued fighting this battle with aggressive radiation,chemotherapy and hormone therapy.
I've maintained my job as a Data Analyst at Xerox for the majority of my journey with cancer. Since February (after my 1st nerve block to reduce the excruciating pain) I've found myself taking more time off of work and putting more energy into fighting this demon. This past spring was exceptionally trying and has been a constant fight. The cancer has since spread from my breast, to my brain (6 lesions) and now to my lower back in an area that is inaccessible to target with treatment. It has wreaked havoc on my body leaving me no choice but to cease work and spend time in Strong Hospital in an effort to reduce the pain and find answers.
I promise to fight every step of the way for my beautiful wife, Ania ,who has since left her job to be at my side in Wilmont Cancer Center for the past month. I appreciate your help! ❤️
