The Shane Shaffer Fund
Donation protected
On Sunday September 2nd, 2018, the world said goodbye to a great and loving friend and father. Shane Shaffer, 40, passed away peacefully with his sister at his side under the care of St. Francis Hospital.
Shane battled tirelessly for many sleepless nights with his illness, but his body could not simply keep up with the fight. He is survived by his two sons, Ayden (6) and Zander (11). Shane frequently spoke of how proud he was of their academic achievements, commitment to family, and simply how much fun they had together.
Shane was ALWAYS the hardest working. He was ALWAYS committed to his work and kids. He was ALWAYS dedicated to doing the right thing. He was ALWAYS there when you needed him.
Shane will be missed beyond words. The world has lost another great at far too young an age. We must bond together in this dire time of grief to encourage healing and push the positivity in the way Shane always did.
This fund has been created to ease the immediate stress of the family associated with internment costs and to further encourage an environment for his children and loved one to be put on a path where recovery is as simple as possible.
Your contribution will make a significant impact to the lives of all involved. Anything and everything is very much appreciated.
Thank you for taking time from your day to appreciate the life of Mr. Shane Shaffer.
