Part of TBDE's Movement is to support Locally Owned/Operated Business. So when Producer Michael Armanno's computer, that we use to edit with, crashed, we naturally sought out a Local Business to assist with repairs. Obvious choice, right?
I took TBDE's savings, borrowed some money, and gave it all to NJA Computers... Yeah, you probably heard about them. Same people! They took my money and ran. So, now TBDE has no Savings, and the backup computer I use is slowly dying.
If all of TBDE's fans contributed $2 each, we could be up and running with new capabilities, and continue to showcase Evansville in a Positive Light.
People tell me all the time how much they "support" me, and love what I do. And that's really uplifting, THANKS! But I don't know if people actually realize how much of my time and money has gone into a project that was never "for me" or "about me". I do this for all of you. I do this so that when people type "Evansville" into YouTube, they aren't seeing "Fights at Jimtown", "Throwdown at METS Station", etc. I spend hours finding and adding events to the website's calendar so that people will stop saying "Evansville is boring".
I need Evansville's help, now. I need equipment so that I can continue my Mission to spread the word about Evansville, about your companies, Charitable Organizations, and Events.
THANK YOU for having The Best Day Ever, every day in Evansville, and allowing me to be a part of that!
