Help us get a wheelchair ramp

My family and I have a genetic disease called Charcot Marie Tooth disease and I have Erhlers Danlos Syndrome type 3 ( AKA Hypermobility Syndrome). I am mostly in my power chair and can't use my chair outside my home. We need a ramp to get the chair out and a trailer hitch with a lift for my chair to be inside our vehicle.Our daughter,5, has a very hard time with steps and falls going up and down. A ramp would make her getting in and out of our home easier. Insurance will pay for my chair, but they wont help us pay for a ramp or anyway to use it outside my home.
I hope whoever reads this can spare a dollar or two. We are in need of the money to make this happen. With me being totally disabled, my family is very restricted in what we can do because I can't do the walking. My chair has become a necessity. I can't get a normal push me one because of the weakness I have. My insurance would only pay for this one.. My husband was able to get the deck almost done, but with the price of lumber going up and the physical effects of CMT and EDS are taking their toll.
