Unhealthy Vet wants to buy food

Hello, I am a veteran that cannot find work because of skin cancer and failing kidneys. I am hoping for a little help to buy food and to have enough gas money to drive to the VA clinic two hours away in Houston. Any help even five dollars will make a huge difference in my quality of life.
