Taking care of Tessa Celeste
Thursday March 16, 2017, Tessa was at school when another student decided to fire a gun at the school, from the lot next door. She was struck in the neck and was transported to the nearest hospital in Montgomery. They got her stable enough to be able to life flight her to Birmingham PICU where she currently is. Immediately following the incident, she had no feeling below her neck. She will be in the hospital for a while, followed by months of rehab.
This money is to cover all the medical expenses that insurance will not cover, everything to make her house handicap accessible, and anything else that she needs.
