On Thursday, August 13, 2015, Teresa Brevig was tragically killed and Kenneth (Kenny) Brevig was injured in single-vehicle rollover crash on U.S. Highway 65 near Kensett in Worth County, Iowa.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, a 1999 Mazda was reportedly heading southbound on U.S. Highway 65 at 9:09 a.m. when it had a tire blowout, lost control and started to roll.  The car reportedly rolled approximately 25 yards and then came to a rest.
When authorities arrived, first responders used the jaws of life to extricate one of the individuals from the vehicle.
