Taylor Xmas Appeal
As friends and Lincoln residents we would like to help as much as possible in their time of need.
We have created this fund to try raise as much as possible to help replace items such as clothes, shoes and anything else to help make this tragic time that little bit easier.
So please give what you can and if you would like to help in any other way please get in touch.
"There are so many people we want to thank and we are completely amazed at the goodness and kindness that people have shown us – not only at the time of the fire but also in the days following."
Please follow the link below to the full tribute and thanks..
Many thanks x
Just an update in regards to donations of items,.. clothing, food and essentials are now no longer needed as they have already been overwhelmed by kind gifts, including Asda's Christmas hamper with Turkey.
If you are still wanting to donate items, please take them to British Red Cross as they have been truly amazing. For other items such as furniture etc. a list will be posted once we know what is actually required.
It's truly incredible and heart warming to see the support throughout the local and even wider communities, so thank you all again and a very very Merry Christmas to you all! xxx
We can update they now have enough clothes for the moment but we advise that if anyone wishes to donate clothing at this time to give to the British Red Cross, as they are doing a brilliant job helping to support the family . Once we are allowed into the property we can make a list of items needed but for now we thought gift vouchers (possibly in a Christmas Card) or donations to the charity page. Also a big thank you to business' such as Tesco and Sainsbury's for kind offers of help, as well as the Lincoln Minster Round Table for their very generous contribution.
Finally a massive thank you to everyone for the huge amount of kindness, it is definitely appreciated by all xx
