In the beginning I had a 10% chance of being born, here I am! I was not a premature child like my brother but a cerclage baby. I survived a fire, falling out a car and many other things. My beginning education was challenging. In the begining of middle school, I was determined to excel with my education and all around qualifications. In middle school it all started. Then I started to dream of being a college graduate.
Hi, my name is Tasha S. Jackson. I'm a high school student who is about to start Senior year in September 2016.Over the past 3 years, I have constantly achieved high honors. My favorite club in high school is the robotics club, where I participated two times in FRC (First Robotics Competition). I also lead a team of 4 students in 2013 my freshman year for the Thomas Edison challenge. My team and I received honorable mentions for creating a safety jacket for children abduction prevention. As a student I have been exposed to a variety of clubs and ideas in school but I am most passionate about science and the study of animals. Mixing the world of engineering with veterinarian medicine is one of my dreams.
The money I'm raising will be going towards my college education. After college my dream is to become a Veterinarian. In 11th grade I took entrepreneurship class to help me prepare to start and understand how to open my own business. My back up would be to become a scientist/engineer and discover new things because I'm very interested in space and all of its undiscovered secrets.
My goal is to have enough money by July 2017 so I will have enough time to be prepared for college. This means a lot to me because the money I gratefully receive will be the start of my journey in life. This will allow me to get a college education to work with animals/people and help them, I really love animals. I also feel that when I become a Veterinarian, it would not really be considered a job to me because its something I will forever love.
Words can not express how thankful I am to those who are willing to help me get through these first steps in life and become a successful member of society.
