Be the ACE of our Hearts

Tax deductible
With your help, we can continue a successful program designed to help middle school students strengthen their emotional intelligence in a fun and safe environment.

During the 2015-16 school year, the Tri-Community Coalition implemented a pilot program at Anderson Middle School in Berkley called ACE (Anderson Character Education). This program was a huge success, and provided every single student in the school with an opportunity to learn more about themselves and their peers. In order to continue our success we need your help!

This year, we were only able to secure enough funding to offer the program to 6th grade students at Anderson. We want to work to strengthen the program and expand opportunities for all students at Anderson, with the goal of eventually expanding the program to other local middle schools. Please consider donating today to help us continue this important program.

More About ACE

The purpose of the ACE Program is to teach middle school students the skills needed to overcome daily obstacles in a positive and proactive way. The program is based on the Character Counts® Six Pillars of Character.™ Students who complete the ACE Program will strengthen their trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship through activities designed to develop self-esteem, cyber responsibility, and interpersonal, coping, and leadership skills. At the end of the school year, students will use the skills that they mastered to improve their personal lives and relationships and ultimately strengthen their school and community.

Check out what some of our ACE Students think of the program!

Please consider contributing to improve the lives of students and better our community.
