NYs Most Famous Trump Supporter

The City of New City of New York is fining me $2400 for supporting Donald J Trump. Here is what happened…..
Hello my name is Sam Pirozzolo. I have become known as New York’s most famous Trump supporter because on the morning of August 7th, 2016, some liberal coward came on to my property and set my Trump T statue on fire. You can see the tremendous coverage this act of treason and arson received by simply googling Sam Pirozzolo burning T Staten Island.
It was very ironic that someone would endanger the lives of me and my family by burning down a symbol that was erected to promote Tolerance.
Earlier in the year, Scott LoBaido , a very famous and patriotic artist asked to install this T as a way of letting people show their support for Donald Trump without fear of being attacked. At that time, there were numerous stories in the news about people being punched and beaten for wearing anything that supported Donald Trump. Scott had the T made into tee shirts and hats. Part of the money raised was going to support veteran causes.
Unfortunately, on the morning of August 7th a coward came onto my property, disconnected my lights and poured gasoline onto the T and set it on fire. At about 1:30AM my daughter was knocking on our bedroom door saying, “Momma papa someone is ringing the doorbell. As I went downstairs to answer the door I could see this huge orange glow out the window. When I opened the door the people said, “Hey your T is on fire.” This was especially traumatic because our house DID burn down ten years earlier, it was a 95% loss. I ran to the T and fortunately the fire was starting to go out. The T was made of foam insulation which doesn’t burn but the wooden frame and nearby tree were burning. I called to my wife to bring me my cell phone so I could call the fire department. After I called the fire department I took the pictures you see. When I walked back into the house my wife was sting on the stairs with her head in her hands. The first thing she said when she looked at me was, “You’re going to put that up again right.” My answer was Yes! Three days later Scott and I erected an even larger T in front of about 150 people who came to watch. It was a nice feeling being surrounded by 150 Trump supporters. We all sang God Bless America and had a good time.
The original T was 12 feet tall by 8 feet wide. The new T was larger. It was 16 feet tall by 12 feet wide. One of the Trump hating liberals on Staten Island called the Department of Buildings and I was issued a violation for having and illegal illuminated sign in a residential district. I refused to remove the T because I felt it was my right to free expression and freedom of speech. Unfortunately, Mayor Bill deBlasio feels differently. After appearing in court with my lawyer Charles DeStefano, the Administrative Law Judge told us that he was only allowed to decide if a violation was present at the time the violation was issued. He is not allowed to consider constitutional rights. He explained that we could appeal his decision but even the appellate judge would not be able to consider constitutional considerations. The only way to be free of all charges would be to file an appeal with the Buildings Department, be found guilty twice and then bring my case to the New York State Supreme Court. Only in the Supreme Court will a judge be able to consider my constitutional rights.
Unfortunately the $2400.00 fine must be paid now. That is why I started this Go Fund Me page. New York City and Mayor deBlasio are hungry and they want their money now. This is what Donald Trump meant when he said the system is crooked, the system is rigged. In the event of being vindicated by the NY Supreme Court I will be able to apply to get my own money back. I wonder if they pay interest.
Let me be clear, some of the money raised will go to promote and build my next statue which may or may not resemble a giant middle finger. (Going to have to speak to my wife about that.) Some of the money will go to veterans causes and some of the money will go to supporting President Trump in draining the swamp by helping to elect honest conservative people to office. As American citizens, we cannot just walk away from this election thinking Trump will handle it all. He needs all of us to continue the fight and send real people to Washington – not people who are owned and paid for by special interests.
