Our hearts are heavy as Hurricane Harvey’s impact throughout the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast region of the U.S. is fully coming to light. We don’t yet know how many of our colleagues were affected, nor do we understand the devastation they may face as they attempt to return to their homes in the days and weeks ahead. Given the staggering statistics we’ve heard and the sobering images we’ve seen, it is clear that our companywide support will be desperately needed.
Our thoughts are with our colleagues, our clients and all of those who have experienced this storm firsthand. Now is the time to demonstrate the true spirit of our Culture of Caring.
Funds collected from this campaign will go DIRECTLY to Jacobs employees in need. Jacobs will match each donation dollar for dollar up to $25,000. Your donations will help cover the cost of food, shelter, medical expenses and other necessities for members of our Jacobs family. Individual and group contributions are welcome. In fact, many Jacobs offices around the world have already begun hosting creative fundraising events to support their teammates in the Gulf Coast region. There will be other ways to support the recovery effort in the coming months, but TODAY we ask that you show your support for our Jacobs family members in need. Every donation, kind thought and encouraging message helps.

Funds will be collected through Jacobs' headquarters office in Dallas, Texas. Requests for financial support will be administered by a committee of Jacobs staff and senior executives. Funds will be distributed based on demonstrated employee need related to damage or loss caused by Hurricane Harvey only.
