Patrick's Medical Support

My name is Patrick Lynch and I am disabled. I have quite a few conditions that make me disabled and unable to work. This fund is for friends and family to donate and help me out with anything related to my medical conditions. Some of those examples are:

Gas for Dr visits
Medications
Medical Equipment not covered by Medicaid
Gastric Bypass Surgery fee's
Clothing
Food

What these funds will not be used on:

Games
Cigerettes
Alcohol
Entertainment 
Non Perscription Drugs
Etc

As most of my friends and family know, my family does not have a lot of money and I have to rely on charity and loans to get the things that I need to work on getting healthy again. The goal above can & will probably change over the years that this is going to take. I just entered in a number to get things started. 

While Medicaid will cover a lot of things, there are still out of pocket expenses that I can not cover on my own. things like glasses, classes required by Medicaid for the Gastric Bypass Surgery, BP monitors, Glucose Monitors, gas money to travel back and forth 3 to 4 times a month to Asheville (roughly 150 mile round trip), wear and tear on my car, specialty diabetic foods, full cost of Medications, Office visit Co-Pay's and more. 

Any and all help will greatly be appricated, even if it's only a few dollars. Every penny counts :)
