Hi, my name is Kaira Gaines and I am a senior double majoring in Criminology and Anthropology with a minor in Forensic Science. I am trying to raise money for study abroad this summer in Thailand. The program is an archaeological field school in which we will be excavating a site and as well exploring the area. This program will give me two credits toward my degree and I really would like these two credits opposed to the other classes I would have to take which have little to do with my future career goals. Since I want to do something in either forensic anthropology or bioarchaeology, this program will give me the hands on experience that I will need in the future.
