$5 Van Campaign For Sullivan Quads
We are starting a $5 donation campaign to raise money towards purchasing a van for the Sullivan quadruplets. They will hopefully be arriving home from NICU by Christmas if all goes well. Due to their severe prematurity they will be coming home on monitors and medical equipment. And will also need therapy inside and outside the home. As well as multiple doctors visits. The Sullivan quadruplets were born August 30th 2016 at 25 weeks gestation after their mother remained in the hospital on bed rest for preterm labor for several weeks. Unfortunately, due to a birth defect known as Anencephaly one of our daughters passed away2.5 hours after birth. Our other three surviving quadruplets were born weighing 1.9 lbs, Audie and Avery weighing the same and Avery weighing 1.5 lbs. They are officially 2 months old today and all three weighing over 2 lbs. They also have a very sassy curly haired 2 year old sister named Annabelle that cannot wait for them to come home. We are doing our best to plan for their arrival but our greatest need is a van for reliable transportation that can fit such a large family and all their medical needs. Audie, our son, has had the most complications from prematurity and has already had 2 stomach surgeries resulting in a colostomy bag and fistula. And he will need an additional stomach surgery before coming home. He also had a bilateral brain bleed of the cerebellum and we are not sure of the effects of that brain bleed until he gets older. He will have multiple appointments with multiple doctors for his medical complications. As of right now the quadruplets have a following of over 5,000 people who have watched their story unfold as they continue grow and thrive. If everyone donated just $5 to our campaign we would be able have the van for our sweet babies by the time they come home. We aren't looking for anything fancy. We are looking for reliable because we need this vehicle to last a long time.
