Stacy's National Miss Amazing Trip

Please help send Indiana Miss Amazing Pre-Teen Anastasia Welborne (Stacy) to the Miss Amazing Nationals this June 30th-July 4th!  

Stacy will be proudly representing all girls under thirteen from Indiana with disabilities at the Nationals.  Stacy has hypotonic cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and Sensory Processing Disorder.  The doctors never expected Stacy to be able to walk or talk or accomplish very much academically.  However, even from her earliest days, Stacy has been proving how AMAZING she is! 

Stacy is very active in the Lafayette, Indiana, community.  She’s on a personal mission to hug as many military veterans and Gold Star Mothers as possible.  Stacy can frequently be seen hugging veterans at Honor Flights and Gold Star Mother events.  She is also very active in American Heritage Girls, where she is working towards her Stars and Stripes Achievement Award.  Stacy has accumulated several blue, gold, and purple ribbons for her 4-H Child Development and 4-H Dog projects at the Warren County Fair and Indiana State Fair.  Her favorite hobbies are reading, dancing, drama, drawing, and sewing.  She delights in helping people of all types and showing compassion. 

Even though Stacy’s body is very weak, and balance and stamina are real challenges for her, Stacy is determined to live each day full of joy, smiles, and sunshine! 

Please help Stacy in her journey to the National Miss Amazing Pageant so she can show the world that girls with disabilities can bless their communities and make a positive difference in the world. 

All funds raised will be used to pay for hotel, meals, and events related to the Miss Amazing Nationals, June 30th - July 4th, 2016.
