Bucket list & Burial Expenses

Well, here we are. Some place I never thought we would be. Mom's been diagnosed with stage four cancer and she is not doing well. Initially given 6-12 months to live, things seem to be moving faster than we had hoped.
She's never been able to do much in her life because she's always been worried about taking care of the kids. So, I wanted to be able to do a couple of things for her, a sort of bucket list so that she can enjoy a few things while she is still able to do so. We have checked off one or two small things and are working on a couple of more.
A second concern that I have to be worried about is the unfortunate reality that mom does not have any kind of burial or life insurance. Therefore, I will be taking on the full cost of the funeral as well as her bucket list.
We are hoping to be able to offset some of the burden if at all possible.
