Shauna's hospital stays

Many of you know that my wife Shauna is constantly sick from brittle diabetes and a disease called Gastroparesis . She is admitted into the hospital  (2 hours away) roughly every 4 weeks and is kept anywhere from a few days to a week or more. This has put a very hard financial strain on not only her but the family as a whole as we want the best care for her. I do not currently work in order to stay with her at all times since she can not stay alone. Everyone in the family has chipped in but unfortuneately it is still not enough. Any money donated will go toward gas getting her to the doctors (all of her doctor's are roughly 2 hours away), medcations not covered by insurance, and to help with supplements she needs when she can not eat.  We have moved in with her mother in order to recieve more care for her but the situation is urgent and we've exausted all savings and resources. Any help or advice would also be appreciated.
