Help Challenge the Sullivan Act in the U. S. Supreme Court

This is a historical moment for many of us to take a bold step toward having the New York State unconstitutional pistol law reviewed by Trump-appointee Neil Gorsuch, Second Amendment hero Clarence Thomas and the other conservatives on the Court.
In Niagara County N.Y. a resident Michael Gurnett was deprived of his pistol permit, over frivolous allegations. Both of New York’s appellate courts, which are extremely hostile to the Second Amendment, affirmed the revocation. Now, this gives a rare chance for all New York gun owners to protect their rights and challenge the entire New York pistol permit law for the first time in the United States Supreme Court.
But, we are running out of time, Mike and other gun owners need your help to pay the very modest cost of filing this complex petition for permission to appeal, only $500 out of pocket in printing and filing fees and only $2500 in legal fees for the two-lawyer team of James Ostrowski and Michael Kuzma, a member of the Supreme Court Bar.
