SEARL CLAIM, (His Science Project)
The CLAIMED Searl Effect IGV, (IGV or Inverse Gravity Vehicle), questions just what is energy anyways, and could it have unusual properties that can make it ubiquitous for use, that is, energy being always available anyplace and at anytime with the provision one knows how to unlock its source in order to access it. The Searl Effect IGV is a device claimed to create a "Space Time Inversion Bubble of Exotic Energy", claims to be "Superconducting", claims to "Screen out Space Time Inertia", claims to produce quantum phenomena in which charge "coheres" and "entangled" , (quantum entanglement and coherence is an area of active investigaton in specialized circles of mainstream science), and claims to address "other phenomenas including competing conjectures and theories". It is NOT "Anti-Gravity" because this term runs counter to the unique and unobvious quantum mechanical regime in the aforementioned claims. Moreover the term "Anti-Gravity" is a misnomer when describing the effect of a device that is not subject to gravity influence.

This work is commensurate to Ph.D. and higher as it has potential to add new knowledge to academia and extend from academia to commercial value that can benefit society primarily in the field of cyber security.
I hold the following the degrees, AA in Mathematics, AS in Robotics, BS Electronics Technology, graduate student acceptance into MS/PhD in information theoretic/data processing research development and applications science that is HLC, (Higher Learning Commission), regionally accredited institution. I also have completed coursework up to 3rd or Junior year in the following three fields BS Physics, BS Chemical Engineering, and BS in Mathematics.
I hold various certificates including an EIT, (Engineer In Training), through California Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and Affiliate Membership with ASCE, (American Society for Civil Engineers), I have plans to pursue a PE, (Professional Engineering), license in EE, Electrical Engineering through NSPE, (National Society of Professional Engineers).

My Brief Philosophy of "Life in Living", (Not Living in Life)
I try to simplify and live in harmony with "life". I quiet my heart and mind, and continuously find ways to adapt and evolve. I respect myself so I can respect you as an individual. I am proactively engaged in comprehensive health and longevity without any excess. I am a strict vegetarian for the past 30 years. Avoid any activity and people that have lost control of their center. I don't interfere with others unless it brings harms way and causes disequilibrium. Everything in life is full of "triggers" that can play out their own potentials and needs to monitored to minimize catastrophe effects, (something John RR Searl and I are in full agreement with on personal experience level, and it also reflects John RR Searl's thoughts on the IGV, though a concept that at this time is elusive and thereby require careful consideration as part of John' RR Searl's claims of the IGV). I am not part of any organized religion but I respect all faiths that makes efforts to respects life in ALL its forms, zero tolerance for prejudice of ANY kind.
Personal Tragedies and How I Cope
I lost my soul-mate girlfriend, (and professional associate and former procurement for Douglas Aircraft saved them millions of $, but let go due to the recession), of 5 years to a tragic tractor accident/(heinous foul play?), no closure except through my own spiritual search, estranged family, all of her memories erased from history, animals put to sleep, (she needed financial help to support her animals, they were not well , I did my best to help morally and financially during this time), no contact, no memorial, I have rare moments of communication with her younger sister. Her case remains a mystery to this day and investigation appears to continue from what little I am informed involving district attorney, coroner, OSHA, (occupation safety health administration), and sheriff, IT NEVER MADE THE RADIO, NOT THE NEWS, NOR ANY OTHER RELIABLE SOURCE OF MEDIA, AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED, MY DARLING JUST DISSAPPEARED FROM MY LIFE. I truly miss her, if there is an afterlife, I hope I can be with her eternally, in peace.
One of my close friend and university professor and research associate of 17 years acquired brain cancer, he received two operations and fortunate to recover, but not the same, (time will tell), I keep less contact with him as he needs more rest.
My father acquired multiple disabilities, (he was already a dialysis patient), and I help him with comprehensive heatlh strategies using natural practical health remedies that have undergone a vetting process.
All this happened in a span of 4 months circa Fall of 2013 to Spring of 2014.
Deeper Purpose to find Inner Spirit and Faith
I manage complicated grief managing my attention and positive love intention through awareness of self healing and continued education. This episode of my life has only made me stronger to move forward at all costs. I keep myself fit, healthy, and balance my material and spiritual outlook to life. I meditate and I have faith in the spiritual sense of the self and surroundings that makes life better for ALL. I am not involved in any organized religion though I respect all that is good in any faith that brings people together with the soul purpose to make their life enriching and meaningful.
I particularly did this for my girlfriend who lost many people in her life at the time of meeting her for the first time. She was a professional female, stuttered a bit, that only made her more special and gifted, she was beautiful, had wits, science minded, open minded and a critical thinker, unconditional lovingness and empathy, she was my "Dr. Dolittle" with animals of all kind, my "Girl from UNCLE", but very simple, pure, always with warmth, she was an "old soul" with ancient wisdom and ways, she was a winner, and the "the quintessential girl next door". I will love her for eternity, may she rest in peace.

Searl claims to have designed an IGV, (inverse gravity vehicle), directed the building of this machine and witnessed its technology in mid 40s to early 50s and claim this technology peaked into Kennedy's presidency getting Kennedy's attention during the Apollo program. He claims that John F. Kennedy funded his project here in US circa late 50s early 60s to get man to the moon through a warp drive technology.
If the title of this campaign is valid, that is John RR Searl's claims can be verified to be true including President Kennedy's involvement, imagine where the world would be today if Kennedy had lived to oversee the completion of IGV.

Given that an IGV can be experimentally verified to exist, it has the many rolls in providing an alternative energy source to eliminate our dependency on oil and other agents which are impacting our planet negatively.
Global warming, (though controversial), is a non-sequitur since the claimed operating principles of an IGV sidesteps fossil fuels dependency and is nature driven.
Solarflares, and EMPs are sidesteped by having the claimed IGV to operate similar to a stand alone water turbine. The claimed operating principles would suction any excess of radiation source, and convert this to regulate it and sustain green energy balance.
The IGV is claimed to be independent of external sources of energy that is considered standard work energy involving the 2nd law of thermodynamics. The IGV is claimed to work on "exotic" energy properties though elusive to an extent, hold promise in tightly scrutinized scientific circles of engineers and scientists, and is gaining gradual traction with careful research and development.
Each one of us individually can contribute because individuality matters, that is what makes us special. John R.R. Searl resonates with this attitude. I want to see John F. Kennedy "Advanced" Space Program. An "advanced space program", even the idea of it can bring people together, because it gives each and every individual the opportunity to IMAGINE for themselves, WHAT IF...! Working with our hearts and mind and making contact with things that requires a challenge and "freedom of thought", (see philosopher Voltaire). This can only be achieved when there is something rich and nonlinear to seek out and generally indefinite, modern science tells us that our universe is remarkably profound, and this "something" may require our individual attention/intension participation. Our universe provides us this but we have to look within, dig deeper, heart and soul, understand that we all share this planet and its resources and we can make this world an oasis for growth and opportunity.

He has had many setbacks because his research work is a claim that requires rigrorous scientific verification. In my opinion his work appears to be ahead of its time by its unique mathematical puzzles. John R.R. Searl holds the view of an unconventional approach by the use of modern applied science and raises more questions then it answers though demands an explanation on first principles. My main reason of attraction in the verification of John R.R. Searl claims is whether or not a mathematical theorem does exist in pure number theory and its connection to how our universe works.

My associates and I including a emeritus professor of electrical engineering also former dept. chair of graduate studies from major public university, and collaborative networks in parallel research and devleopment including premier scientists from major public and private universities are performing independent investigation in novel and unobvious propulsion science, and this addresses "exotic" energy. I recently wrote a letter President Barack Obama asking him for federal funding in a "Star Trek" level technology that can help revolutionize our present situation in the US and the world.

My associates and I are designing an experiment that involves computational loop quantum gravity and addresses recent claims/experimental studies at NASA Ames Research Center on possibility of future warp drive technology.

There is a strong suspicion of a "reality" of a new type of energy source that can potentially take us off fossil fuel and point to a "Star Trek" technology.

President Barack Obama responded in what appears to be a general letter format, this means the White House has prepared letters to use for response to specific topics.
The presidents feedback letter intent is clear in the following way. Tomorrows generation will need a STEM, (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), but also use this in conjunction with innovation.
Though I did not make specific reference to John R.R. Searl in my letter to President Barack Obama, I did reveal the essence of John R.R. Searl's dreams, a dream that needs to be verified by high standards of evidence at best on 1st principles and not be shy about it.
It should stimulate an avant garde boldness with preparation and leaping into the unknown about things we simply don't have grasp on in the current paradigm of science.
The "Educate to Innovate" initiative with STEM, (I include A = Art to make it "STEAM", see my LinkedIn under projects section), is an excellent opportunity in my opinion as a platform involving the dynamic curiosity of John R.R. Searl's legacy. It requires a STEM and a STEAM to grapple with new knowledge frameworks of epistemology that otherwise could be overlooked.
In lieu of this I find in my opinion there is a childlike curiosity in the beauty of John R.R. Searl's personification involving his unconventional thinking and it could hold the potential to see the world with fresh new eyes.
The letter from President Barack Obama is astute because it embodies tomorrows scientists and makes learning an exciting experience. Life is a classroom in a sense and we are all in it. We need "Brave New World" where we learn from each other and compete with each other with disinction, individuality, and ruggedness, ( not hypersensitivity), and most importantly work as a team, each of us holding a baton.

Hypersensitivity restricts a context sensitive learning curve. This can lead to disastrous consequences and the mechanism to evolve and cooperate as a team of individuals, each holding a baton, reduces to a group think, with the lowest common denominator yielding to mob mentaility with clubs.
This clearly poses a risk to managing uncertainty reduction and impairs cognitive complexity.
In this event transactional communication overrides interpersonal communication and there is misunderstanding. This stagnates and often thows back humanity as a whole. It is a big a problem and in my opinion , ironically, especially relevant to the "information age".

[16] Problem of Misunderstanding and "Quintilian"
John RR Searl often feels why can't others see what he sees, perhaps he needs others to make the effort to try to "IMAGINE" a mathematical structure. I suggested to him that perhaps this is a problem in epistemology of "misunderstanding" in reference to "Quintilian" and communication involving how thoughts are organized and on what level.
This again requires investigating without bias, and reminding oneself that knowledge frameworks can operate on different levels of internal consistency. An example of this is machine language vs FORTRAN , can two people communicating a well motivated concept possibly misunderstand each other at levels of organization though rules can be internally self consistent and interlinked.

Quintilian 's work on the art of oration and its completeness must be taken in context with the signs of his times as there was inequality among people, and nature of "Law" was a dominant setting. This could have its own biasing elements and safely set it aside.

I have a very special love for mathematics and this was why I embarked on John RR Searl's claims. He keeps referring to his "magic" squares, it is not just "magic" that is an understatement. Mathematics involves axioms and existence theorems, (among other things). Generally "Mother Nature" prefers mathematics as a way to describe "her".
I reminded John RR Searl that regardless of what anyone things about his mathematics, I respect him for his efforts on "some kind of a structure" that he is trying to address in his claims.
Some would think this is a distraction or a diversion from the "mechanical nuts and bolts". As an investigator it is ones responsibility to examine EVERYTHING WITHOUT BIAS. Don't leave a stone left unturned, you might find a "DIAMOND". Edison had to break quite a few lightbulbs before he got one working.
Upon examining John RR Searl work on his squares and timing him on how he can start on any square and give him any whole number, he can fill up that square of any size and make it "MAGIC". Regardless of my opinion, and something I can't verify to you, mathematical structure of any kind when taken to it limits of imagination with internal consistency is a marvel in of itself.
The BBC YouTube on the mathematician Dr. Andrew Wiles attempt to quietly investigate and ultimately prove Fermats Last Theorem I think could help put things in perspective.
An investigator operating at high standards evidence without bias with the curiosity and interest to imagine mathematical structures provides an additional lens to perhaps come to grips with an "actuality", the superset of everything there was, there is, or ever could be, maybe even a Big T.o.E., (BIG T.o.E. = Big Theory of Everything).
I shared the following YouTube video with John RR Searl to reinforce the importance of mathematics in all its forms, and through moral support advised John RR Searl NEVER to let anyone who thinks LESS of his concept of his "squares" to let him down. If there is a mathematical logic, it will find its way in its deepest purest form in which it resides, and in a universe of its own choosing. This is REGARDLESS of what ANYONE THINKS!
