Hello, my name is Sean Jude Elsasser. I'm a 28 year old dude who spends a majority of my time working on art and writing. I've just recently started seriously persuing illustration in comics and am loving every minute of it.
As some of you know I took a trip across country from my home in Pennsylvania to Portland, Oregon. I came out this way to see friends I haven't had the chance to be with in awhile and to see my best friend give birth to a gnarly little dude named Zeke (who inspired me to work on a comic/childrens story about). My friend helped me procur a plane ticket here, but it was only a one way flight. I've been lucky enough to spend the last 2 months with my friends as they adjust to some large changes, but I need to make it back east before the end of November. I have my friends back home, my awesome cat Oolong, awaiting projects to be completed, and a band called KIDS that is waiting on me to record.
All of these things, present and past, have inspired me to work on a Travel Comic-Zine. Yep, you heard me. I wanna draw and self publish a comic based on my adventures across the country, from Philly to Portland and back again. Now you're wondering, how fun of a comic will that be if he flew there and is trying to fly back. Well that's where it gets wild. I would like to buy a cheap yet reliable vehicle while I am out here and drive back across the country stopping at a select few destinations. I will buy an older and in good running condition vehichle. I have help with that through freinds on both coasts. The kicker is, I'll let you determine where I go on my trip and you get fun silly stuff from me along the way. This is a crowdfunded, crosscountry, multi-issue, choose-your-own adventure comic!
I've started work for a delivery company to start off funding, and am looking for more gainful employment to hurry this along. I have also begun work on the first two issues and the thank you cards. Through your donations, this can become a reality, much more quickly. Any amount is more than appreciated, together, we can bring this to life!

Welcome, we've been expecting you. This exclusive club gets you access to issue number 2. For ten dollars, you get the first two issues packed with adventure, coffee, and pizza.
Tier Four: $20.00 (Limited to 15)
Pssst, over here, I got something I wanna show ya kid. I got these limited run SJE coffee stain prints. Only 15 of 'em made, and I'm gonna let you have one for 15 bucks. What do ya say? For fifteen dollars you will recieve everything rom tier 1-3 along with your limited print.
Tier Five: $30.00 Inked Commission
If you like black and white line art, then boy howdy do we got a deal for you. For the low low donation of $30, you get everything in tier one, two, and three. Plus, the third issue of the zine and a line-art black and white commission from me.
Tier Six: $50.00 (First 10 recive commissions)
You're pretty awesome tier six, you've commited to this story and you wanna watch it play out. For that you get tiers 1-3, plus issues 3 - The End, and if you're one of the first ten here, you get a commissioned ink-wash piece from me. My undying gratitude and a hearty hand shake* are included with every donation.

Tier Seven: $70.00 Water Color Commission
You have a refined taste, like boxed wine. You require a higher quality of life. Your car? Imported. Your beer? The Finest Rainier. Your art? Water color. At tier 7, you get tiers 1-3, plus issues 3 - The End, and a custom commissioned water color from yours truly. The artsnob formerly known as Sean Jude.
Tier Eight: $100.00 Choose my destination.
