Save Jay's Ass

On June 1, 2015 Jason, a 36 year old fulltime single father of three, received the news that the results of his biopsy were positive, he had colon cancer.  By the end of that week he was undergoing  surgery to remove the tumor.  It was determined that his cancer was Stage 3c meaning that as soon as  he has sufficiently recovered from his surgery he was to begin a 6 month round of chemo, which he is now in the process of, preventing him from returning to work.  The funds generated from this will go to help Jason, not only with the mounting medical bills, but with the general month to month bills while he continues in his fight with cancer.
