STOP THE EXPORTS PROJECT
Due to the recent cruel exports of Irish greyhounds to countries where there are 'No' welfare laws in existence, we plan to add Supersides to at least 25 buses in Ireland, or at least one billboard in Ireland and one in London, in order to shame the Irish Embassy, The Irish Greyhound Board and the Department of Agriculture, Food and Marine and make the public highly aware of what happens to these very sensitive and majestic dogs when they are no longer of use for commercial gain.
We hope you will kindly support the project, as any small amount is appreciated.
Please click the below links to our website to see several of the outdoor mass awareness campaigns that we have previously run;
2 wonderful advocates, Lorraine Yates and Philip Grimshaw and their friends have kindly raised £300 on a greyhound walk for this cause.
The £300 will be added to the amount at the end of the fundraiser, therefore the goal will now be reduced to 8,200.
Thank you to everyone who has kindly donated up to date.
The problem is that there are so many deserving charities that I want to donate to and I have't enough to go round. I'm sure that there are many like me. As soon as I can sort something out I will make a donation as I agree, the more that we expose this terrible practice, the more likely we are to stop it.
This has to stop now the chinese are the most barbaric cruel race to all animals except panda s and ni animal should be sent anywhere near. If countries refused to trade with them we could put an end to there abuse ! I despise them!!!!!!!!
Please please stop exporting these poor dogs to countries like China who race them once or twice then kill them in the most barbaric manner "!!!!
