My Fiance Passed Away, Please Help.

Donation protected
My name is Will I am 23 years old. I am a YouTube makeup artist and esthetician, and I hesistantly write this on behalf of myself. I say hesitantly, because I know in doing so, to many I will come off as a selfish millenial. But I can say with utmost humility and honesty, I need to be selfish and take care of myself right now.

On January 24th 2017 at 10:22 pm I came home from Sephora, where I perviously worked, to find my fiance Ryan (pictured above on the right) unconcious and not breathing on our living room sofa. I attempted to administer CPR for about 5 minutes before dialing paramedics. Upon arrival they informed me he had passed and there was nothing I could have done.

A few weeks prior were were informed of my father's diagnosed stage 4 terminal brain cancer. Ryan was my rock during this time and my support during the 7 hour surgery to remove my father's tumor. Right now my father is undergoing radiation and chemotherapy and began treatment a week following Ryan's death. Not having him here right now is making for an even more difficult time on top of my father's condition.

Before Ryan's untimely passing he and I were planning a big move across country to Los Angeles to start a new life in the sun. This plan has since been put aside for later, and I am now living in Denver with my brother.

In light of my father's illness and just the nature of Ryan's death and my finding him, I packed and vacated our apartment within a week and only kept the things that held memories.

I feel guilt turning to a crowd sourced campagin, when there are so many people in life-threatening situations and illnesses - but I have hit my rock bottom, and have no inckling as to how I should get back up.

My brother and his girlfriend have been kind enough to let me stay with them to get back on my feet, but I do not want to impose on them any longer. I am trying my best to find a new job, new home, and car but as you can imagine - easier said than done. That said, any donations possible are immensely and indescribably appreciated and welcome.

Thank you so much in advance and much of the funds raised will be going directly to the ACLU or the Human Rights Campaign. Ryan was of Iranian descent and a proud Musilm, and his activism and knowledge on rights for religious and human freedoms was so important to him and I want to continue this for him.

And to any other's who have lose their spouse, I can say it truly is a loss unparalleled to any other, and my deepest condolences. We are part of an ever exclusive club we never wanted membership for, and whose fee's are too high.
