Josiane and Olivier to College!
Donation protected

Following our trip to Rwanda with a U.S. Department-sponsored fellowship program in August 2015, my colleague Ken Chartrand and I both knew we needed to act. We returned having experienced first-hand the deep commitment Rwandans have made to moving forward together in peace and in relationship with one another.
Rwanda's future looks bright, but many of the youngest survivors of the 1994 Genocide are currently unable to further their education and attend college. One year at Rwanda's national university (including tuition, room and board and books) costs $1,500. Together, we can do something that will make a lasting impact.
We are starting by raising money to send two students to university. We have already raised enough money to send Josiane to her first year at Kigali Independent University (where she is currently enrolled) and Olivier will complete high school in a few months. Your support will keep Josiane in college and send Olivier to college after he graduates. Join us and let's make Rwanda's future even brighter!
You can learn more about the 1994 Genocide along with post Genocide work in Rwanda here.
