What is Rollin’, Rollin', Eggroll?

Rollin', Rollin’, Eggroll is Hampton Roads very first egg roll Food Truck! It's delicious meal wrapped in a pastry and FRIED!  Mmm.... who doesn't love a little fried goodness.  We consider our eggrolls "little rolls of happiness" and we guarantee you'll love them after your 1st bite!  We only use the freshest ingredients in our creations.  This isn't the cheapest route but quality over 
quantity wins everyday!

Why a Food Truck?

I get that question so much! Haha Well, the truth is running a restaurant is a lot more expensive and doesn't allow me to interact with my customers one on one. With a food truck I get to engage with my customers and build a relationship them. Having a food truck allow me to reach all of the Hampton Roads area with our little rolls of happiness! The truck will be used not only for daily lunch services but it will also provide catering for wedding, graduations, office events and so much more. Imagine how awesome it will be to have a food truck at your next event.

Everyday at the truck you will find an array your favorite meals rolled up in an eggroll.  A few of the items you count on is our famous mac and cheese, Carolina pulled pork, Gyros, Cheesesteaks, Ruebens, and soooo many more. Oh yeah, can't forget our one of a kind Lumpia with our signature Sweet Dragon Sauce.  You can also expect some house made potato chips and shrimp chips. We will offer some un-fried options as well as House salads.  Oops, I almost forgot about Dessert!  For dessert we will have our Berry-licious Cheesecake, Apple Pie, Oreo and some seasonal options.

Let's talk money....

What will we do with the money you contribute? 
The money will be used to convert a 1984 P30 step van (which we already have) into a food truck. It will also pay for the substantial licensing fees that Hampton Roads requires. We are building the truck ourselves with most economical equipment available.

This includes purchasing seasoned (used) appliances, utilities, permits, fixtures, insurance, truck renovation, GoFundme fees, and much more! 

If we raise more than $12,000 we will hire additional labor to get us rollin' sooner. If we raise even more and reach of extended goal of $25,000, we will invest the money into opening a storefront. Just imagine Rollin' Rollin' the Restaurant. Wow!

There is so much to be done and every one of your contributions rolls us one step closer. We truly appreciate every contribution.

Fund Period
 
We are allotting 60 days for us to raise the money needed. I know that sounds crazy.  But it really isn't! With us all working together to contribute and share we will reach and exceed this goal before 60 days.  

Why 60 days? 
 
We believe 60 days allots time to receive the money from Gofundme and start shipping the rewards.
While also getting the materials to work on the major conversions before the winter weather begins to slows down the process.
