Help Monterey High Robotics Get to Houston!

Want to join me in making a difference? Monterey High School Robotics is raising money for a trip to the FIRST Robotics World Championships in April in Houston and any donation will help make an impact.
The Robodores of Monterey High Scool in Monterey, CA have been working nonstop since January 5th of this year. The team has committed to working more than 20 hours a week after school and on weekends to build a robot to compete in this year's game.
Amazingly and unexpectedly, we were informed today that we have been awarded a spot in the World Championships in Houston in April. After a few moments of wild celebration, we came to the sobering realization that this could cost us up to $25,000 to fly the team to Houston, house them for nearly a week, feed them, AND ship a robot halfway across the country.
This team has worked extremely hard this year. These students have done outreach to younger students in the community.
They have spent hours designing, researching, fabrication, wiring, and coding.
Now, on top of the money that we already raised this year for build costs and for registration fees for our usual competitions in the state of California, we need to raise money for our first trip to the World Championships. Everything helps and we appreciate whatever you can contribute.
