Replacing my Current Drawing Tablet

My current graphics tablet is unusable! I've had it for several years now, and recently the port was damaged! I don't know what happened, but the cord refuses to establish a connection with the computer, and it isn't a faulty wire, as I recently bought it. 

I ended up discovering that the port was wiggling around- and I suspect this has something to do with it. 

I cannot keep earning money or further my digital portfolio without the means to create with a tablet.

 I plan to get a Huion KAMVAS GT-156HDV2 to replace and upgrade from my previous tablet.

The costs would total to be around $400.
