Raise funds for Dominica Citizens

Donation protected
Dominica is a small island in the Caribbean with a population of 73,000. It was one of the first Islands in the Caribbean destroyed recently by Hurricane Maria. They are devastated by the disaster that destroyed their homes, crops, animals, stores, schools businesses, hospitals, as well as their places of worship. The Prime Minister of Dominica (Roosevelt Skerrit)has stated, "We have lost everything that money can buy and replace". Once described as a peaceful serene vacation Island with beautiful resorts, landscapes, mountains, trees topped with greenery and smiling friendly faces have now been replaced by toppled buildings, crushed homes, uprooted bare trees, and lawlessness by once upright, law-abiding citizens who have met the epitome of disaster and are now given to desperation as the rest of the world is either focusing on other well-known, or U.S. territorial countries leaving the citizens of Dominica at the mercy of their fate and to fend for themselves "by any means necessary".   Our goal is to raise funds as well as awareness to the rest of the world who is left in the dark regarding the condition of the citizens in Dominica. We are hoping to restore hope in an otherwise bleak situation and reestablish faith in humanity in hopes of bringing back a since of normality in their chaotic world.  Our message to the people of Dominica is, we want you to know we hear your cries for help, we feel your aching pain, and sorrow, we empathize with your loss and help is on the way, God-Willing. Never lose hope of the Mercy of God, because He is always near and hears your cries for mercy and pleas for help. And know that God is with those who patiently persevere.
Our message to the rest of the world is please step up as you have so many times for your fellow brothers and sisters who are looking to you for a reason to not give up or give in to despair.
"The best of you is he from whom good is anticipated and safety from his evil is assured; the worst of you is he from whom nothing good is expected and one is not safe from his evil." Famous Quote

Thank you for your generous contributions. May God bless you and relieve you of your distress for relieving the distress of your brothers and sisters in need.
