Homeless Because of Medical Bills

My husbad and I moved to Federal Way, Washington for a job. We both have chronic medical conditions. I have Fibromyalgia, CFS, and tachychardia with low blood pressure. My husband also has Fibromyalgia. I have been unable to get a job. I failed the DOT exam and I can't stand up for long periods of time without getting dizzy because of my heart issues. I am working with a cardiologist to try to remedy the problem.
We have about $3,000 in medical bills. I had a post-operative infection and was in the hospital for a month. We are still trying to pay that bill down along with several other medical bills from specialists. We do not currently have enough in debt to claim bankruptcy.
We can't find an apartment. They keep on denying us because of our extensive medical bills. We have applied to 5 very cheap apartments and have been denied for each one. We have already paid about half our medical bills, but will have to pay the other half before anyone will let us rent.
In a week we have to leave my daughter's apartment. She is going to go live with her boyfriend's parents.
We have two cats. One is 13 years old. If we stay at a shelter, we won't be able to bring the cats and the 13 year old will not be able to find a home and will be euthinized. The only hotels that accept pets are very expensive. Thus, for now, we are going to stay at a campground.
Please help us. I don't know what else to say besides thank you for your help.
