Sebastian is a 19 & 1/2 year veteran with the Milwaukee Police Department, and has served his community in various positions including, Police Aide, Police Officer, Detective, Sergeant, and currently as a Lieutenant. Sebastian is a loving husband and father. His wife Angela has been holding the family together and keeps the faith by holding on to the belief that "You will never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice." The two have two beautiful children, 8 year old Bella and 5 year old Noah. Sebastian is only 39 years old.

Since 2012, Sebastian has been battling a very rare and deadly form of cancer called "Signet Cell Adenocarcinoma." The cancer has recently grown rapidly and filled his abdominal cavity. For the past three years, Sebastian has undergone multiple surgeries. He has spent the majority of 2015 in the hospital. Sebastian has undergone several complex surgeries, including the removal of more than 200 tumors through a special procedure called HIPEC (Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemoperfusion). During these surgeries and throughout his treatment, Sebastian has had numerous blood transfusions. Wanting to pay it forward, Sebastian had successfully organized a large community blood drive. Furthermore, while battling the disease himself, Sebastian created the "Sebastian Raclaw Abdominal Cancer Research Fund" as a way of giving hope to people facing the same future that he does. Unfortunately, these procedures weren't successful and Sebastian recently found out that his illness has worsened. The cancer has been aggressively advancing and there is no known cure.

Sebastian is currently undergoing chemotherapy. The chemotherapy will not cure the cancer, however, it will provide him more time to be with his friends and family.

The funds provided will help with current and future medical expenses, lost wages, unexpected expenses, and to provide for his wife and children during this difficult time.
