RYSE Summer Leadership Training

We are running out of time to solve the climate crisis. Every day more people are calling out for climate action, but still, our leaders fail to address the climate crisis. Just this week, President Trump withdrew the United States from the Paris Climate Agreement. If our leaders fail to act, we have no choice but to step up as the real leaders on climate change and creating solutions for a just and sustainable world.
That's why Earth Guardians is launching a powerful new training program called RYSE (Rising Youth for a Sustainable Earth). Your contribution will directly support 21 young leaders from around the country to get in-depth leadership training by top trainers from around the country to spearhead key national youth-led campaigns that have political weight in the streets and in the courts.
Your donation will go directly to funding the youth to attend this life changing training that will strengthen a powerful youth movement for years to come. It will also support us to bring in the knowledge of world-renowned trainers including Jacques Servin from the Yes Men and Joshua Kahn Russell, a core trainer with the Ruckus Society who will be trainers at this week-long training.
After this summer training, these 21 young leaders will begin doing hundreds of trainings around the country that will transform feelings of disempowerment and despair into inspired strategic action to build a better world. These empowered leaders will train the next generation of leaders, and from there, it will continue to grow. The projects and campaigns set up by these young activists will show the world that this generation is not waiting for others to take action. they are taking their future into their own hands.
