Support Radio Free Nachlaot!

$1,357 of $2,000 goal

Raised by 28 people in 7 months
Radio Free Nachlaot has been broadcasting the best music, talk and Torah live from Jerusalem "24/6" since November, 2009. RFN's "Where Shlomo Meets Jerry" format keeps our world-wide listening audience connected with Israel through music and culture.

Our non-commercial format has been self-funded with the help of listener donations over the years. We rely on the kindness and generosity of our friends and fans to support our annual fundraiser and keep us on the air another year!

The funds raised from this "Go Fund Me" campaign will be used to pay our broadcasting overhead for the next year, and to purchase a new laptop computer to replace the ancient and rickety, unstable unit ("new" in 2011) currently running RFN's Undisclosed Studio A.

We'll be running the campaign all during our 8th Annual "9 Days of Jerry" through Rosh HaShanah, or until our goal is met.

Wow! Thanks to several generous donations over the last 24 hours, we're only $761 away from our fundraising goal!
Can you help us get to the finish line? You contributions help us spread the "Where Shlomo Meets Jerry" love to a world-wide audience 24/6, one song at a time!
We're so very GRATEFUL for your support!

We're only $869 away from meeting our fundraising goal! Can you throw some change into our virtual guitar case? In the spirit of "Where Shlomo Meets Jerry", we're making the world a better place, one song at a time, 24/6 from an undisclosed station in Jerusalem (and a satellite studio in Berkeley). We're so very grateful for your support!

WOW - !!! While I was away at the Eclipse, these sweetest friends stepped up to help save Radio Free Nachlaot with their generous donations! Sheva Chaya, Karen Barton-Maycock and Jay Garfinkle you are AWESOME ROCKSTARS and I LOVE YOU!!!
YES my friends, it's Rosh Chodesh Elul and our fundraiser runs until Rosh HaShanah or goal is met, whichever comes first! We need your help even MORE than we did when we started this campaign because of the death-by-old-age-and-overuse (BDE) of my RFN broadcast laptop! Thanks for helping to keep the radio ALIVE!!!

Great News and Not-so-Great News:
We're halfway to our goal!
Not-so-great news: Lorelai's 7-year old workhorse broadcasting unit, aka "Undisclosed Studio A", returned its hard drive to its Maker today, August 15th, 2007. Baruch Dayan HaEmet.
That means Steve's unit (in Jerusalem's very, very warm Undisclosed Studio B) will be running the radio 24/6 until Lorelai's is replaced... NOT "good for the Jews", or for Steve's hard drive!
Please give to our fundraising campaign which has now gone from "important" to URGENT.
Thanks and love and gratitude to all our friends, family, and fans for your support!
