Student-built Satellites in Space!!

Donation protected

The quick:

Space Tributes is developing an infrastructure and educational program(s) which will enable students around the world an opportunity to:

      -Build
      -Test
      -Launch
      -Communicate

With Satellites THEY put into Orbit.

Students and schools around the world will be able to host and / or participate in the first ever Amateur Satellite Radio Communication Competition.

If we are fully funded - this will be an annual world-wide competition and Satellite Program!

Our first two satellites will also double as the first ever Fallen Warrior Memorial Satellite. These Satellites will be carrying the names of every fallen warrior killed since 9-11 laser inscribed onto 70 metal plates.

Check out this QUICK NASA video before reading on.

The Long:

Imagine a world in which students knew they could accomplish anything.  Where they know that all their future hopes, dreams and ambitions are nothing more than them making an honest effort.  Now, further imagine that same world also flooded with hundreds of thousands of adults given a reason to look up at the night sky and contemplate their place in it.
What could we accomplish?!

That is the future I am going to help make happen!

With your help in getting Project Firewatch launched into Space - that is the future YOU will help make happen.

We want our students to grow up knowing they can be anything they want to be...

Sadly - many students believe they're stuck.  Stuck in a cycle that no one in their family has been able to escape.  So they grow up with little hope about becoming more than what their parents - and everyone in their town - always does.

Why them they may think. What makes me any special if no one else can get out of this rut.

[Check out this story of a local elementary school that built a Satellite and put it into Orbit... #inspirational]

"Why them" is a thought in every Student's mind that will go away when they experience the capacity of what they are capable of achieving.

We need to find a way to get it to them all.

That's where we come in! That's where your donation comes in!

Space Tributes is going to give students around the world the push they need to not only believe they can accomplish anything... but, through hands on experience in the aerospace industry- they will know they can accomplish anything!

To introduce myself - my name is Eddie Bryant. Relevant to the business, my Amateur Radio Callsign is K8VRZ. I am the founder of Space Tributes.

After recovering from Injuries sustained overseas I decided to partner up with some military colleagues/ best friend in order to start a revolutionary commercial cube satellite company. With Student education in mind!

This will be our first satellite:
****and the only one that we will need your help to fund!***

After this fundraiser, we will have enough capital to be fully self-sustaining to drive the company forward.  *Your contribution has a near infinite multiplier! Anything helps! You are amazing.

We will be "that one company" that  schools call when they want to launch a cube satellite and need a streamlined process with a mobile ground control infrastructure in place so their students can build, launch and complete their mission before they move on.

The mobile infrastructure we are building to communicate with the satellites would double to allow for these type of communications with NASA.

Space Tributes has not only developed a program that allows students around the world the chance to put satellites into space, but on every satellite we will have a fully functioning ham radio repeater that the students also built themselves!  For the first time ever -  there will be a communication satellite in Orbit that is primary use is Student education.

We are going to restrict use of the satellite to Students around the world, as well as any emergency communication that may happen.  This will ensure that students have ample access to the satellites without interference from the general public.

As you can see of this video I came across of 2 young amateur radio operators by the name of Hope and Grace - this technology exists - and is quite common... but it is far too congested for any student(s) to get practical use out of it.  Imagine students communicating to schools in other countries through their own personal satellite they put into orbit.

Help us make that future a reality!

Take a look below at the official go fund me video we put together at the beginning of this campaign. We really hope you'll consider contributing, any amount!
