Help and Healing for Anthony

Anthony Webster(also know as AJ) is a Jr High School math and Summer Camp teacher at Heritage Elementary School-Glendale Campus. He is also the Middle School Girls’ basketball coach. To say that he LOVES his job and helping people would be an understatement. Anthony truly has a heart of gold and is quickly the center of attention anywhere he goes!
On Thursday, July 6, 2017, Anthony was on his way to visit family when he noticed a woman suffering from what appeared to be a seizure. Being the caring individual that he is, Anthony quickly sprang into action! He pulled his car over to assist the woman and call emergency responders. Even after first responders were on the scene and even though Anthony did not know the woman, he stayed to assist anyway that he could. While on the scene, unfortunately, Anthony was struck by a passing vehicle going approximately 40 miles per hour.
Anthony was in the hospital for 3 days before his family could locate him.
Only by the Grace of God, Anthony only suffered a traumatic head injury, several lacerations and a broken nose. While the head injury is severe, we are praying and believing God for a full recovery.
At this time, Anthony is in the ICU and has a long road ahead of him, but with the help of family, friends, students, parents and fellow believers we can make it a lot easier for him. As this was Anthony’s first year teaching at Heritage Elementary, he unfortunately missed the deadline for enrollment of Medical insurance and has been paying all medical costs out of pocket awaiting open enrollment. He of course did not foresee something like this happening and REALLY needs our help. Anthony also has 3 young children.
Any amount that you can assist the family with during this trying time would be greatly appreciated and used exclusively for Anthony’s care and affairs affected by this event. Even if it is only .50, there is no amount given with love that is too small.If you are unable to assist financially, we are asking that you send cards, pictures, drawings or any love tokens that we are able to show Anthony for encouragement to PO Box 741 Chandler, AZ 85244.
Lastly, we are asking that you all pray. Please pray that Anthony makes a full and speedy recovery and pray for his family and the hospital staff in charge of his care. We thank you all so very much in advance!
James 5:14-15 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up.
