Help Pilar Beat Lymphoma Cancer

This GoFundME account has been set up to help my soon-to-be mother in law pay her medical bills and other life expenses during her fight with Lymphoma Cancer.

Anyone who has met my soon-to-be mother in law (9 months away!) knows that she has a heart of gold. She always strives to put everyone and anything before herself.  She is the very definition of selfless. She has been and will continue to be the greatest mother to her two sons, Michael & Robert (can't forget the dogs, Simba & Nala too!). 

After undergoing a complicated thyroid surgery, Pilar was recently diagnosed with an "aggressive Lymphoma Cancer". She will need many treatments of Chemotherapy and possibly local Radiation as well. We are extremely confident that with modern medicine, the power of prayer, and more importantly God, we can overcome this terrible disease together.  She will be admitted to the hospital this week to begin her first of many intensive chemotherapy treatments. Please say a prayer, asking the for her to have the strength and peace of mind to beat this Cancer. Unfortunately, bad things sometimes happen to good people. We believe however, that with the help of God, the good always conquers the bad.

Pilar will be forced to take a leave of absence from her job anywhere between 3 - 6  Months. We are raising money to help pay for many things such as medical expenses, household bills and anything else that may come along during this lengthy journey ahead. Any little bit helps!
