Untimely Death Of A Parrothead 911 Dispatcher

Donation protected
Gregg Hanyzeski died unexpectedly of a previously undiagnosed congenital heart condition.  He was an easy going, fun loving, loyal Parrothead of 30 + yrs, organizing many of your party bus trips.  He was also a 911 first responder and a compassionate caregiver for his elderly parents whom he lived with & supported.  Gregg always had a smile on his face & a willingness to help anyone who asked.  He loved everyone and in return, was loved by all.  His untimely death has left his family devastated & in disbelief.   And though no amount of money willl  ever make up for our loss of this wonderful human being, it would certainly help to alleviate the large financial burdens his death has caused.  All of the funds will be used for Gregg’s funeral & related expenses.  We know that Gregg was sad to have left us prematurely, but we also know that Gregg will always & forever, be on our thoughts & in our hearts.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 31, 3:00 until 8:00 PM at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. An additional visitation will be held on Monday, April 1, 9:30 until 10:30 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 1500 Brookdale Rd., Naperville. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 AM. Interment will be at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Naperville.
