Howdy!

UPDATE:  The Indonesian Festival is relocating to Rudder Plaza and now held on Saturday, April 30, 2016. There is still time to support us to bring Indonesian Culture to Texas A&M community. We have been notified on 4/20 that due to inclement weather and liability issues, such as possibility of damaging the Architecture Quad ground conditions due to inclement weather in the week of April 18 and time limitations in securing an alternate venue, we are unable to secure a venue for Indonesian Festival. We apologize for this inconvenience. Indonesian Festival is now scheduled for April 30, 2016 at Rudder Plaza. We are looking forward to seeing all of you there. Thank you again for your generous support.

We are the Indonesian Student Association at Texas A&M University (PERMIAS- TAMU). PERMIAS- TAMU is a non- profit student organization aim to promote Indonesian culture and unite the Indonesian communities in College Station/ Bryan, TX.

We want to take this opportunity to share with you of the upcoming Indonesian Festival that we will be hosting on April 23, 2016 at The Texas A&M University Rudder Plaza. The Indonesian Festival is a one-day cultural event that aims to introduce Indonesian culture to the Texas A&M community. Similar to the annual Brazos Valley Festival concept, the event will showcase Indonesian music, dance performances, cuisines, cultural displays and traditional games. With all the thoughts and preparations that we’ve put into, the Indonesian Festival will be our biggest annual event, and this event would not be possible without your generous support.

Supporting the Indonesian Festival provides you with the unique opportunity to promote diversity, international awareness and preserve Indonesian culture. Following our success in winning 2nd place for Cultural Display during last year's Brazos Valley festival, we believe that we will be able to initiate this event this year and set the threshold for future success of this event. We believe the Indonesian Festival will leave a lasting memory about the richness of Indonesian culture to the Texas A&M community and beyond.

Thank you for your support. As a token of appreciation, we will provide free gifts for your donation.
