iPhone X vs Note 8 Review Fund

I started Geekanoids many years ago to bring you product reviews and share my knowledge and opinion of the latest technology. My primary goal was and still is to give you the information you need to make an informed buying decision.
I have been asked by dozens of you to make a series of videos covering the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Since posting this fund raiser, I have been inundated with emails saying I should also be reviewing the newer Apple iPhone X. Many of you also contacted me, saying that you would be interested in contributing to a GoFundMe to help fund the device and support the channel.
This is very encouraging, so here it is … with your support we can make this happen. Let's make this fun fun fun too, you can also help decide which device will be reviewed out of the two. When making your donation, simply comment "iPhone X" or "Note 8" … you decide.
Any donation, large or small, will be gratefully received. Once we hit that goal, the device will then be reviewed on the channel.
Not every smartphone or latest piece of technology can be attained through ad revenue, so this certainly is a viable option. Your support will enable Geekanoids to cover many more devices and I would like to personally thank you in advance.
What you get in return …
Apart from the great content ;D every supporter will get a mention in the video (unless you mention that you want your donation to be kept private). This is my way of saying thank you for making this possible.
Note: Smartphone with the highest amount of monetary donations wins. If the full target is not met, so long as a good portion is raised, I will try and make up the rest with ad revenue to make the video happen. Unfortunately no refunds are possible. Shoutouts cannot be guaranteed, but if the video is not fully suported, I will recognise your support with a mention in a related video.
If you donate to support the losing device, do not worry, I will give you a shoutout in a future related video.
