Nick Kliewer, brother of Pam Crisp and John Kliewer, was tragically killed by a hit-and-run driver in the early hours of Saturday morning on the 17th of December. The location was at the northeast corner of Standiford and McHenry. Witnesses said that the driver of the black Saturn hit Nick just before hitting a traffic light pole. After that, the driver was seen getting out of the car, then looked at Nick laying behind his car in the street, got back in his car and backed over him. We are not sure if this was first an accident but either way, it immediately turned into a murder. Please let us know if you or someone you know have any information related to this.
This all comes just months after burying their mother Mary Kliewer and thier father Gerald Kliewer. They are asking for donations to help with Nick's services. Anything left over will be donated to local homeless shelters.
