Needed: Generous Hearts to Help Heal a Heart

As many of you know Jonatan and I have been trying to support our family in Venezuela as much as possible with our own finances, as well as with the generosity of many friends and family. We are now facing a very large need and because of this, need to ask for help from our family and friends once again.
About this time last year, Jonatan's step dad, Jesus, nearly lost his life to heart issues, which he has suffered with for several years. The doctors in Venezuela now feel he needs an angioplasty. In Venezuela this procedure costs $5,000, which is the equivalent of over 200 million Bolivar. Jonatan's stepdad and mom currently work as pastors and many families earn the equivalent of $7/month. Because of this, and the very unstable and unimaginable conditions that exist in Venezuela, the chances of them raising this money on their own is nearly impossible and without the procedure the doctors anticipate that he will not survive much longer.
We are asking for your help to raise money for the following:
- Jesus' important medical procedure
- Food and other necessities for his family
- Jonatan's travel expenses to go to Venezuela. He will need to travel to Venezuela, which will cost approximately $1,000, and make a dangerous 12-hour trip from Brazil to Venezuela to bring the money and above mentioned supplies to his family.
Will you consider contributing any amount towards this important angioplasty procedure for Jesus? It is currently scheduled for the end of February 2020.
